RM46 ist eine mehrjährige, überwiegend kriechende Pflanze mit verdickten bis knolligen Wurzeln und weißen Blüten. Sie erinnert an Coleus buchananii, weicht nach Einschätzung von A. J. Paton jedoch davon ab; eine möglicherweise unbeschriebene Sippe kann derzeit nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Für eine sichere Einordnung sind Blüten- und Kelchmerkmale sowie ein Herbarbeleg erforderlich.RM46 is a perennial, predominantly creeping plant with thickened to tuberous roots and white flowers. It resembles Coleus buchananii but, according to A. J. Paton, differs from that species; a possibly undescribed taxon cannot currently be excluded. Floral and calyx characters and a herbarium voucher are required for a secure identification.
