03 / LEBENSRAUM UND KULTURHABITAT AND CULTIVATION

Reading the habitat

Mikrohabitat & Geologie Microhabitat & geology
Die Art wächst meist an mäßig feuchten, steinigen Stellen an Waldrändern, in Buschwald und in trockenem Waldland. The species usually grows in fairly moist stony places at forest margins, in scrub forest and in dry woodland.
Klima / Biom Climate / biome
saisonal geprägter Standort seasonally structured habitat
Klima am dokumentierten FundortClimate at the documented locality
No sufficiently precise locality is documented for this accession. No accession-specific temperature or precipitation values are therefore given; the general climatic setting of the natural range remains the basis.
Cultivation inference
The habitat combines stones and good drainage with moderate moisture. Bright shade to semi-shade, an airy humus-rich mineral substrate and regular watering during growth are therefore appropriate.
